For the optimal use of our products we offer our customers and partnes training courses. Training courses take place regularly in the training rooms of the iCD. in Frechen-Königsdorf. Trainings are available in different levels, from the end-user through application manager to the system manager.
Training sessions commence at 9:00 am on the first day and end at around 5:00 pm on the last.
Registrations will be accepted in order of receipt. If the training is already fully booked, you will be informed immediately and notified of the next available date.
If you wish to withdraw from a training session for which you have registered, please notify us in writing. A processing fee of €50 per cancellation will be charged upon receipt of such notification up to 5 days before the course is due to begin. In the event of cancellation after this point, fees are payable in full.
iCD. reserves the right to cancel the course no later than one week before it is due to begin if the number of participants is too low.
