GxP Working Group
The GxP Working Group is composed of users of the LABS/Q® LIMS who use the LIMS in GxP environments. They generally meet once a year on the morning of the User Meeting to exchange information and define requirements that the LABS/Q® LIMS must fulfil under GxP conditions. They also discuss the performance of qualification/validation using LIMS LABS/Q® and the related needs, requirements and tools . Additional meetings of the Working Group are organised if necessary.
Processes for the enhancement of the LABS/Q® LIMS are defined in the iCD. QM system. The LABS/Q Task Force, which represents users of the LABS/Q® LIMS, plays an important role in this regard. The members of the Task Force are elected or confirmed annually at the yearly User Meeting, and the purpose of the group is to represent users with respect to iCD. in conjunction with the Chairman. The main functions of the Task Force are to collect information as well as change and extension requests. These are discussed on a quarterly basis with the responsible department managers and the management, and priorities and release dates are defined jointly
(VA-GL026). The Task Force performs audits of iCD. and is also involved in the approval process for basic versions.
